Dr. Humira Shabana serves as Co-Founder & Chairperson and provides stewardship over institutional governance with focus on Gender and Health, ethical standards, and strategic oversight. Her role focuses on ensuring that the Foundation's initiatives remain aligned with principles of inclusivity, accountability, social responsibility, and long-term community impact.

As Chief Executive Officer, Waqar Ahmad Usmani leads organizational strategy, program architecture, stakeholder engagement, and institutional partnerships. His work focuses on translating vision into actionable programs, building collaborative frameworks with government institutions and development partners, and strengthening the Foundation's research-led approach to social transformation.

As Managing Director, Hammad Khan oversees operational implementation, program execution, resource management, and organizational expansion. He is responsible for ensuring that the Foundation's initiatives are delivered efficiently, sustainably, and in accordance with established quality standards, and also continuously expanding the Network and Public Relation side of the Foundation.

Mohammad Arif Farooqui directs the implementation of Hira Foundation's strategic programmes across regions. With his academic background from Lucknow University, he brings cultural sensitivity and analytical depth to the Foundation's outreach. He coordinates multi-stakeholder initiatives and ensures that community engagement efforts remain purposeful and impactful.

Anam Sultana coordinates Hira Foundation's nationwide programmes, ensuring consistent delivery and communication across all regions. With her background in education from Meerut University, she brings strong pedagogical skills to training and capacity-building initiatives. Her national-level coordination work is vital in maintaining the Foundation's unified voice and mission across diverse geographies.

Dr. Rafia Anjum serves as the State Coordinator, bridging the Foundation's mission with grassroots communities across the state. Her medical degree in Unani Medicine brings a unique holistic health perspective to community welfare programmes. She coordinates state-level outreach, identifies priority areas, and ensures that Foundation services reach those most in need.

Ariba Khan leads the Foundation's research and strategy function, translating data and ground realities into actionable policy recommendations. Her academic background from Jamia Millia Islamia gives her strong analytical and communication skills. Kritika Sharma combines Indian legal training from AMU with an international LL.M. from Australia, giving her a uniquely global perspective on law and policy. Vaibhav Yadav oversees the operational backbone of Hira Foundation, ensuring smooth execution of programmes, events, and administrative processes. His legal training from AMU provides him with the structural thinking needed to streamline operations while maintaining accountability. He is the go-to person for on-ground coordination and logistics management.

Adv. Shinam Zargar heads the legal division of Hira Foundation, bringing deep expertise in constitutional and civil law from Kashmir University. She provides legal guidance, oversees case documentation, and ensures that all foundation activities remain compliant with applicable laws. Her advocacy work has been instrumental in supporting marginalised communities seeking legal redress. She also oversees the financial governance and compliance functions, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Based in Delhi, Mrinal Kumar Sharma heads the Foundation's legal operations in the national capital region. His AMU law background and experience with Delhi's legal landscape enable him to navigate high-stakes cases effectively. He acts as the primary liaison between the Foundation and Delhi-based judicial and administrative bodies.
